How to Transfer Funds from PayPal to Payoneer

As per the need of freelancers and the beginners who started the online work they need the PayPal account along with Payoneer card for the transaction of their online money. So for this purpose I am willing to share my experience with them. Today I felt the need of writing a tutorial on how to withdraw money from PayPal to Payoneer. Although the procedure is simple, but there are several Payoneer account holders who face difficulties in transferring their money from PayPal to Payoneer.This tutorial will help you learn about this transfer process and after reading this post, you will hopefully be able to perform the task of money withdrawal with ease.
First of all sign up for Payoneer MasterCard® and wait for the delievery of it. Once your Payoneer card is approved, a virtual account is created for you in Bank of America by Payoneer and details including the routing number and account number are emailed to you. These details can be found under “Receive Money>US Payment Profile” in your Payoneer account’s dashboard too.
So to enable funds transfer from PayPal to Payoneer, you need to complete below steps.
1. Link and Verify US Payment Service’s Bank Account: In first step, you need to link your Payoneer account with PayPal. If you have already done it, skip this step and read instruction 4. Otherwise go to your Payoneer account and find the routing number and bank account number under “Receive Money>US Payment Profile” as shown in above screenshot.
2. Add Bank Account to PayPal: Note down the routing number and account number and go to your PayPal account. In your PayPal account, go to Profile>Update Bank option and then add a new bank account. Select the option saying “Verify in 2-3 days” and then provide the routing number and account number. Select account type as “Checking”
3. Verify Bank Account: Once you will add routing number and account number to PayPal, it will send two test amounts to your Payoneer account. You need to check your Payoneer account after two or three days. Once the test deposit is there, note down the amounts, again go to PayPal and enter that amounts to verify the bank account.

4. Withdraw Money: After your linked bank account is verified, you can now withdraw your PayPal funds to that account. The money withdrawn to the account will be loaded to your Payoneer card. To withdraw the money, go to “Withdraw” option in PayPal dashboard and withdraw the money to your linked (Payoneer’s provided) bank account.PayPal will process the transfer and money will reach in your Payoneer account within two or three business days.

Payoneer MasterCard® Supported Banks in Pakistan

I decided to write this post where I am listing the Pakistani banks where MasterCard® is supported at their ATMs. In addition, I’ll tell you about a method which will help you in finding any nearest MasterCard® supported ATM in your city or town. First lets have a look over the names of banks in Pakistan where MasterCard® is supported.

1. Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB)
I personally use ATM of MCB in my area as other supported banks aren’t available here in Tarbela dam city at the time of this publish. Although Faysal bank is operating but the ATM at Faysal bank gave me “General Processing Error” so MCB stands first in my list where you can withdraw money via MasterCard® without facing any issue.
2. Standard Chartered Bank
Standard Chartered Bank has a great banking system in Pakistan and other countries of the world and it also owns MasterCard® supporting ATMs. So if any branch of SCB is located nearer to you, you can withdraw money from there conveniently. AT ATMs of SCB, you can make large transactions too.
3. Citi Bank
Citi Bank also owns MasterCard® supported ATMs and you can use its ATMs also if any of above mentioned banks aren’t located nearer to you. I haven’t used ATMs at Citi Bank yet but they work and are used by Payoneer users in Pakistan.
4. Faysal Bank
Faysal Bank sits at bottom in my list as it ate up my $12 when I attempted to withdraw money through its ATM here in Tarbela dam. I tried three times but all the times, the ATM of Faysal Bank gave me “General Processing Error”. I failed to withdraw money but the withdrawal fee got deducted. I then used MCB’s ATM to make the transaction later.
So if Faysal bank is the only choice for you, ensure that you are at a main branch. If the transaction fails the first time, don’t try again as the withdrawal charges may deduct 

How to Link Payoneer Mastercard With PayPal Account

If you have received your Payoneer MasterCard, then you can link it with your PayPal account for electronics online shopping or to verify PayPal account. To link the Payoneer prepaid debit Mastercard with PayPal, first activate it from your Payoneer account if you haven’t done it yet, and then load a few dollars $4-$5 to your card.
You can load the money via bank wire transfer or can transfer the money from PayPal by linking your Payoneer account with it. Once your card has $4 or $5 loaded to it, initiate the linking, as PayPal deducts a small amount for verification. Although ensure that your name on PayPal account and on your card is similar. Before linking the card, check once again and confirm that:
You have activated your card
You have loaded a few dollars to your card ($4-$5)
Your name on PayPal account and on the card is same
If your card meets above requirements, link it to your PayPal account by completing below steps:
Visit your PayPal account
In your account dashboard, hover mouse pointer over Profile and then select Update Card option from appeared menu
In next screen, click the button saying Add a Card
In appeared window, provide your card details and then click Add Card button. Your card will be linked!!

First go to Payoneer.com and Sign Up, they will verify your details and will send you a Master Card on your provided postal address, that card will reach you approximately in 20 to 40 days in Pakistan, after receiving your Master Card, go to Paypal.com, create an account and select your country as “USA“, and when you created your Paypal account then verify it by putting the Bank information which you’ve got in your Payoneer account after getting your master card, all is done. Now you can easily transfer your Paypal money to your Payoneer account and then can easily CASH the amount at  selected ATMs in Pakistan.

How to Verify Payza Account in Pakistan

Below is given the two best ways to get your account verified. 

Method # 1. Verification through Documents

Things you will need to get your payza account verified are, a scanned copy of your national identity card, your picture and any utility bill, be it electricity or SUI gas bill, with your name and address on it. Make sure that the address on your utility bill matches the address you added while creating your payza account or your verification application might get rejected.

Now log in to your account and click on support option given at the bottom of the window.

Now you would be seeing a window having helpful information, contact us and other support channels written on it. Click on ‘send us a support ticket’ option given under ‘contact us’ heading.

The next window which you can see will have ‘select a department’ heading. Click on ‘my account support’ and then on ‘account verification inquiries’.

Now attach the scanned copy of your NIC and your picture in the next window. Below it write ‘account verification’ in the subject box and a short text explaining your need for account verification in message box. Attach your utility bill choosing ‘add file’ option given below the message box.

By following the above process you will get a verified payza account within 12 hours.

Method # 2. Verification through Visa Debit Card

Login to your account and click ‘verification’ option. Now a window having ‘Overview’ written on the top will open. Here Click on Credit Card Validation’.

A window will open now where you will have to enter all of your credit card information including your first and last name, card number, expiration date, CSV or CVV number and billing address and click next. A window of terms and condition will open now, check the option given at the bottom of the window and click submit.

Now click on ‘manage card’ option. A window, having header ‘Credit Card Summary’, will open. Click on ‘Validate card’. Now if you have money in your account click on ‘Validate by charge option’ on the next window. This will charge you less than 200 PKR. On the next window enter CSV/CVV code given at the back of your card. The last window which will appear will ask for your permission to do the transaction. Check the box at the bottom and click next.

Within 4 working days you can check your account statement and enter the exact amount, which payza charged and your account will be verified.

The Visa/Debit Card is now very easy to get in Pakistan, you can use the ATM card of UBL as “Debit Visa Card” for online transactions or online payments. And Standard Chartered Bank in Pakistan also allows you to have a Debit Card if you have account with them. Moreover, You can get a World Wide Used Visa Card from any UBL franchise without having any Bank account, that card is called “UBL Wiz Card” which you can use same as “Visa Debit Card” all over the world, you can  make online transactions within minutes and you can use that card anywhere in the world (Including Pakistan) to withdraw cash anytime from any ATM machine.
